Because the beachfront resort's 15 luxury units are one-, two-bedroom condominium suites and three-bedroom penthouse villas, the resort also appeals to guests who want multiple rooms, separate sleeping, lounge and dining areas, kitchen, washer and dryer and their own outdoor terrace and private hot tub that they would get renting a stand-alone villa.

Tranquility Beach Anguilla's condominium suites and penthouse villas also offers villa-seekers better beach access at a more affordable price than many other luxury Anguilla villas. The concierge team can also assist with arranging optional services on guest's behalf, including coordinating airport transfers, car rentals, chefs, golf, spa, dining, and excursions.

Because of the popularity of Tranquility Beach Anguilla and its boutique size, we often have guests arriving at the resort, on the same day another guest occupying the suite or villa is checking out. Because we need a certain number of hours to meticulously clean and prepare the suite or villa for the next guest's comfort, we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out. With advance notice, we will try to accommodate guests' travel schedules, subject to resort availability and overall occupancy.

As a courtesy, we are always happy to store guests' luggage before check-in time on the day of arrival and after check-out on the day of departure when your flight or ferry is leaving later.

As an added convenience (with advance notice, manager approval and subject to resort occupancy) on the day of check-in, guests who flights or ferry arrives early, may drop off their luggage and use the beach, along with the gym bathroom facilities, until their check-in time.

There is no resort restaurant, but Tranquility Beach Anguilla Resort is located in Anguilla’s best dining area. Walk to Jacala, Blanchards, Straw Hat, Ocean Echo, Savi Beach Club, and nearby Malliouhana and Four Seasons Anguilla resort bars and restaurants.

Tranquility Beach Anguilla's resort beach butlers are on the beach daily and provide drink service. Water is complimentary and guests can purchase hand-crafted cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks and charge to their room account. The resort concierge can also arrange restaurant delivery from nearby restaurants to the beach on behalf of guests.

Building A is beachfront and Building B and C are behind Building A. Guests can be toes-in-the-sand on Meads Bay Beach in seconds from all 15 suites and villas thanks to a convenient central breezeway.

All condominium suites and penthouse villas feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows leading out to terrace, beachy-chic interiors accented with Serena & Lily decor, full kitchens, and outdoor terraces with private hot/cold tubs.

Every condominium suite and penthouse villa includes Tranquility Beach Anguilla Resort’s five-star concierge, housekeeping and beach butler service, use of the resort's onsite gym and either a beachfront, ocean or garden view.

Guests booking beachfront units will be housed in Building A. Guests booking non-beachfront units will be in either Building B or C. Floorplans and decor are the same for comparable unit types across all three buildings. Nightly rates are higher for beachfront options.

Nightly rates for Tranquility Beach Anguilla are for the condominium suite or penthouse up to the published maximum guest occupancy for that particular unit, not per person.

Tranquility Beach offers a choice of beachfront, ocean view and garden view suites and villas at different price points so guests can choose accommodations that fit their vacation style and budget.

Building A is closest to the ocean and is beachfront with unobstructed Meads Bay views. When checking availability and booking on the Tranquility Beach Anguilla website using our booking engine (which you can access easily by selecting the "Book Now" button) all beachfront condominiums and villas will specifically have the word "beachfront" in their names so you know you are booking a beachfront unit. Rates for beachfront suites and villas are higher than comparable non-beachfront units.

Buildings B and C are just behind beachfront Building A and condiminum and villas in those two buildings offer either beautiful side-ocean or garden views; their penthouses enjoy elevated outlooks, and Building C’s penthouse can include a private rooftop Sky Deck. Nightly rates for suites and villas in Building B and C are lower than comparable beachfront floorplans/units in Building A.

All 15 suites and villas in all three buildings are seconds from the sand via a central breezeway walkway.

Listings for Tranquility Beach Anguilla on third party booking channels may not always have beachfront in the unit name as sometimes those titles are controlled by the channel, but those listings should indicate if beachfront in the detailed description and by rate. Guests can always reach out to Tranquility Beach Anguilla's staff with questions or to confirm.

There aren't any elevators at Tranquility Beach Anguilla, but the helpful resort staff happily carries luggage for guests, will store strollers so no need to take upstairs and assists with carrying groceries and supplies during your stay. Ground-floor suites have just a few steps and are a good choice for guests with mobility concerns.

While there isn’t a shared, communal pool, every suite and villa at Tranquility Beach Anguilla features a private outdoor hot/cold tub. Guests often mention in reviews that they don't miss having a pool because Meads Bay’s calm, swimmable water is right out front of the resort.

If Tranquility Beach Anguilla Resort purchases goods or pays vendors on your behalf (e.g., grocery stocking), a 14% staff service charge applies.

There are two main ways to get to Anguilla:

1. Fly direct to Anguilla's Clayton Lloyd International Airpot (AXA) from Miami, Baltimore, Newark, or Boston in the United States, or from Antigua, St. Barth's, St. Thomas, the Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico. Availability and frequency of direct flights vary seasonally, with more options from December to April.

2. Or fly to nearby St. Maarten's Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) and take a shared 25-minute sea shuttle to Anguilla's Blowing Point Ferry Terminal on Calypso, Funtime or Gotcha shuttles, or 8-minute flight on Anguilla Air Services to Anguilla's airport (AXA). As an alternative, upon arrival in St. Maarten, you can take a taxi to the French side St. Martin and travel by public ferry from Marigot Ferry Terminal to Anguilla's Blowing Point Ferry Terminal.

Tranquility Beach Anguilla Resort is an easy, 10–15-minute drive or taxi ride from the airport or ferry terminal. Your Tranquility Beach concierge can arrange air or boat transfers, along with car rentals and tax pickup.

Anguilla is safe, easy and enjoyable to explore on your own. A rental car is the most affordable and flexible way to get around Anguilla and can be arranged to be picked up at the airport or ferry terminal, or delivered to you at the resort. Cars drive on the lefthand side of the road, but can be rented with the steering wheel on the left or righthand side of the car. 

Taxis are readily available, but if used frequently will be more expensive than renting a car. Taxis are convenient for arrival and departure days, and are a good option when you go out at night and plan to drink alcohol. Taxi fares are controlled and vary by where you are going to on island. The concierge can provide current fare information. 

Your Tranquility Beach Anguilla  concierge can pre-arrange car rental and taxi pick-ups at the Anguilla airport or Blowing Point Ferry Terminal, as well as car rental delivery to the resort anytime during your stay. Our concierge can provide vehicle size, model and rate options, coordinate your required temporary Anguilla driver's license through the rental company and arrange car seats (can be rented at additional charge). Because Meads Bay has so many restaurants and things to do, many Tranquility Beach Anguilla guests only rent a car for a portion of their stay.

For extra adventure, some guests choose to rent a candy-colored, open-aired jeep-like Moke for a morning or afternoon. While open-air Mokes are fun to rent for a few hours, most guests prefer the comfort and air conditioning of a car or SUV for the majority of their time on island. Your concierge can also arrange a multi-passenger van or car with driver. 

There isn't any public transportation, buses, trains or rideshare services like Lift or Uber in Anguilla.

Yes. Daily housekeeping is available at your preferred cadence, including towel and linen replacement on your schedule.

Yes. The indoor, air-conditioned gym includes wall mirrors, treadmills, an elliptical, staionary bikes including a new Peloton bike, hand weights, yoga mats, and an adjacent bathroom. All Tranquility Beach Anguilla guests have use of the fitness center. It is located on the floor above the front office and is accessible via a key card.

Yes. Tranquility Beach Anguilla Resort offers full and partial buyouts for destination weddings, corporate retreats, and groups. With 15 total residences and flexible layouts, the resort can host up to 54 adults (more with infants and small children on sofabeds). Nearby venues handle large event spaces.
